The Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is again celebrating “Rock Your Park” by offering free Community Open Play Days and Nights throughout the summer at Alexandria Sport Fields.

The City of Alexandria Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities is celebrating National Park and Recreation Month by offering free Community Open Play throughout the summer at the Ben Brenman Park, Witter Recreational Park and Francis Hammond Middle School synthetic turf fields, and at the Simpson Park and Four Mile Run Park natural turf fields . Beginning Saturday, July 5 through August 17, families, friends and neighbors of all ages are encouraged to visit our fields to exercise, play soccer, lacrosse, touch football, rugby, frisbee and much more.
