3rd Annual 'Kickin It' Boat Cruise!
Fundraiser for the ASA Scholarship Fund
As the city's largest youth organization, with over 4,000 kids and 300 volunteers, ASA is committed to providing every child in Alexandria the opportunity to play soccer. Your ongoing support will enable us to maintain the league scholarship program and further expand our outreach initiatives to reach more children and families through our partnerships with local schools and community organizations.
The 'Kickin it' boat cruise is the club's annual party to benefit the ASA Scholarship Fund. Enjoy an evening cruise along the beautiful Potomac River, music and dancing, local beer, wine and delicious food. This year we extended the open bar on the boat for thirty minutes before the boat departs the dock and thirty minutes after. This means the boat will be on the water from 7:30-9:30pm with the bar open from 7-10pm. The after-party, starting at 10:00pm, will be at Virtue and Grain.
Great food will be served as usual along with drinks (wine and beer) and music from DJ Karin.
Spread the word to your ASA team parents, friends and members from the community. This is an important night for ASA as we come together as staff, coaches, parents and community members for a fun night out on the water to support the club's important outreach initiatives.
The ticket price of $75 includes admission to the cruise along the beautiful Potomac River, two and a half hours of open bar (wine and beer, and food. ASA will even have a post-cruise host for those looking to continue the party.

Details
Location: The boat leaves from behind the Torpedo Factory Art Center in Old Town Alexandria, located at 5 South Cameron Street. The closest metro station is King Street Metro on the blue and yellow lines.
Date and Time: Saturday, September 20th, 7:00 - 10:00PM. Boarding and open bar will begin on the boat at 7:00PM. The after-party, starting at 10:00pm, will be at Virtue and Grain.
Attire: Casual
Raffle Tickets: The drawing will take place during the cruise, but you do not need to be present to win. Please consider buying raffle tickets even if you will not be able to join us. After the event, we will send a follow-up email with the winning raffle numbers and how you can receive the prizes.
