Witter Turf Field Complex

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 4v4 CHALLENGE

ASA will host, as part of the Soccerfest, a 4 v 4 Challenge for U9-U14 players on Saturday, May 18th, 2013, at Witter Fields in Alexandria. If you haven’t already had a chance to play at the Witter complex, the new turf facility was recently constructed by the City of Alexandria and is a beautiful place to bring our whole club together for one day.

The festivities will also include D.C. United player and mascot appearances, interactive fun soccer stations, soccer tennis, healthy eating clinics, food, cornhole and much more.

Event Details

Who: U9-U14 age players are invited to register for the 4 v 4 Challenge with a tournament style format.

What:  Each team may consist of a max of 8 players, with an ideal team size of 6 players. Each team will be guaranteed three 25 minute 4 v 4 games.  See the event rules listed here as a side article.

Where: Witter Turf field complex (2600 Witter Street, Alexandria, VA 22314).

When: Saturday, May 18, 2013 between 1:30pm-6:00pm Specific game times will be released after the registration deadline.

Registration: NOW FREE for all teams (8 players maximum). In lieu of a registration fee, ASA will instead be accepting (not requiring) donations at the gate.
