Objective:

The main objective of our coaches is to create a learning environment that is both productive and fun.  We strive to set a framework for our players to learn how to train by giving effort while having fun learning the game.  We feel learning in a fun, productive, and challenging environment will help to prepare our young players for long-term involvement in the sport.

Training Culture:

A fun and productive training environment will have the following elements:

  • Allows for decision-making and risk-taking
  • Challenging
  • Opportunities to learn and develop technique with the ball
  • Builds confidence
  • Praises effort
  • Fun!
