Email Distribution List

Registration for summer tots classes is now open.  If a class you are interested is full and you'd like to be added to our email notification list, please complete the following form - ASA Email Distribution List - to receive notification when the next session opens or if you are interested in another session.

WHAT IS TOTS SOCCER?

The ASA Tots Soccer program is a unique opportunity to introduce your child to soccer. The program is designed specifically for our youngest players, ages 2 through 4 years old. The classes focus on developing motor and listening skills, introducing very basic ball skills through fun activities, and exposing participants to a group environment with other children of similar age. Our main goal is to provide a fun and comfortable environment for both the children and parents. No previous soccer experience is needed. Come out and enjoy our introduction to soccer in the beautiful fall weather! 

General Information:

• Tots should wear clothing and shoes appropriate for athletic activity (cleats are not required)

• Children are required to bring water and their own soccer ball to each session (exclusive ASA Tots soccer skill balls are available to order on our website)

• The foundation of each class is to introduce our youngest participants to fundamental movement and coordination skills in a soccer environment.  Coaches will utilize age-appropriate activities and equipment with and without the soccer ball.

• In addition, each class provides an opportunity to boost key social skills at the most basic level.

• The minimum DOB to register for the program is 4/1/2014

​2 & 3 year old classes:

• Class sizes are limited to maximize quality control
• Classes are designed for 30 minutes of structured activity with coaches.  
• The fifteen (15) minutes of class prior, after, or in between classes is left for open play time for parents and tots on the field (Does not apply to winter indoor classes).
• If you have a group of 8 or more tots and would like to set up a class or for more information about Tots Soccer, contact Chris Arnold, Director of Youth Development, carnold@alexandria-soccer.org (Does not apply to winter indoor classes). 
• Cost: $75 (4-week session)

4 year old classes:

• Class sizes are limited to maximize quality control
• Classes are designed for 30 minutes of structured activity with coaches.
• If you have a group of 8 or more tots and would like to set up a class or for more information about Tots Soccer, contact Chris Arnold, Director of Youth Development, carnold@alexandria-soccer.org (Does not apply to Winter Indoor Classes)
• Cost: $80 (4-week session)

The purpose of the dates listed above is to give a general time frame of future tots classes.  All dates are subject to change.  In addition, additional class dates may be added, however, we want to share a general time frame of future tots classes.  If you'd like to be added to the ASA Tots Soccer email distribution list, please email carnold@alexandria-soccer.org.  Folks on our email distribution list receive early notification on the opening of registration for each new tots class.
